Do I need to pay one time only?
Custom order requests are charged one time only. It covers all the features as described in the pricing plans.
Can I cancel the my order?
Yes, client can cancel his order within 24 HRS. Upon cancellation, we refund 100% of the order amount. However, cancellations after 24 Hrs time are entertained as per our refund policy.
Do I need to renew my license?
Most of the services are lifetime subscription based and doesn't require license renewal. However, if a client purchase annual subscription for any product, license renewal will be required.
Will I get technical support after my purchase?
We provide our customers full technical support without any additional fee.
