Payment + Refund Policy For Wp Pro Plugins

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, plugins, web applications and pdf downloads are made through payment gateways such as Fastspring and Payfast that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Consumers are advised to review carefully the lite versions of the plugins available on 'WordPress Plugin Store', before purchasing the pro versions.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.wppluginbox.com excluding 'custom order requests', are non-refundable. For custom order requests we have refund policy as stated.

Products (including plugins) that have domain based subscription considers each domain and its sub-domains as a new domain and doesn't cover sub domains as part of the purchase, unless offered to clients before purchase.

Refund Policy For Custom Orders

For custom order requests, we have 100% refund policy. You can cancel any order within 24 HRS and we will refund the entire amount of your purchase. A client will pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the order amount, if the project or any portion of the project scope is canceled by the client.

We reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@wppluginbox.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Digital Product "not as described"

Such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is “not as it is described" on Wp Plugin Box website. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.

Major or Critical Defects

wppluginbox.com tests every single digital product before release. However, unforeseen defects can surface from time to time. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. wppluginbox.com reserves the right to correct such errors within 3 business days. If no remedy is supplied then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund on the purchase the following day.
