If the plugin fails to perform the functions that were advertised, or if any features that are unlocked in the paid (Pro) version (that are not available in the free version on the WordPress store) do not function properly, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Please note that our obligation to refund only extends to the features explicitly available in the plugin. We are not obligated to provide a refund for any feature that you expected but was not advertised as part of the plugin.

Custom Plugin Orders:

  • For custom plugins specifically tailored to your needs, refunds are available within 7 days of delivery, or as per our discussion and agreement with the client. This allows you to ensure the custom solution meets your requirements. Refund eligibility for custom orders will be determined based on the terms agreed upon before the commencement of the project.

Domain Usage:

  • Subscriptions, whether purchased on a yearly or lifetime basis, are tied to the registered domain. We understand that sometimes a domain change is necessary; therefore, we accept a domain change request once per customer, primarily if the plugin was initially used on a staging site before switching to a production environment.

  • To maintain fairness and resource allocation, we do not accept multiple domain change requests. This policy ensures that our support and development efforts can focus on delivering high-quality and consistent service to all our customers.

Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund or a domain change, please contact our support team through our website with the following information: your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a detailed description of the issue encountered or the reason for the domain change request.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date for standard plugins and within 7 days of delivery for custom plugins. Please note that refunds are processed based on the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Please be aware that refunds are not provided for changes of mind. We strongly advise our customers to carefully review all product details before purchasing to ensure it meets your requirements. Additionally, consider testing the free version of the plugin before upgrading to the pro version.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the claimed issue with the plugin is due to user error.
