Plugin Purchases

  • Pro-only features (unlocked in the paid version) not working correctly

Please note that refund eligibility is limited to the specific features advertised. Requests based on expectations for features not listed or assumed are not eligible for refund.

Custom Plugin Orders

Custom plugin orders developed specifically for your project are eligible for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the request aligns with the original agreed-upon scope. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms discussed prior to development. If the custom solution deviates from your requirements or lacks critical functionality promised during consultation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Domain Usage and License Transfers

  • All licenses and subscriptions (yearly or lifetime) are tied to one registered domain.
  • We allow one domain change per customer in cases such as moving from staging to a live production site.
  • Multiple domain change requests are not supported to maintain license integrity and support fairness.

Requesting a Refund or Domain Change

To request a refund or domain change, please contact our support team through our website or via email at support@wppluginbox.com. Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue or reason for the domain change

Refund requests must be submitted:

  • Within 14 days of purchase for standard plugin licenses
  • Within 7 days of delivery for custom plugin projects

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not granted for change-of-mind purchases.
  • We encourage all users to review product details carefully before purchasing and test the free version (if available) when in doubt.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests caused by user error or incorrect setup not related to plugin functionality.
